Meals by Merrill works with local growers to deliver seasonal, farm fresh foods. Using fresh produce can reduce costs, increase nutritional value, and give that satisfying feeling of being in sync with nature.

International Dishes

Having lived in France & Indonesia, Chef Merrill incorporates European & Asian cuisines into her cooking regularly. Caribbean, Indian, Middle Eastern (and other!) cuisines often pop up as well, for the variety & creativity they bring to the table.

Soups are Chef Merrill's favorite! Hot, cold, and everything from Tomato-Basil type basics to signature creations. Ask if you would like her to bring this passion into your weekly meals, or events

The Chef

Hello, my name is Merrill Colón.  I am a Personal & Private Chef, and the owner of Meals by Merrill. I work in the beautiful, Tehachapi area of California.

 I offer weekly  in-house weekly Meal Prep Services to help keep quality food a priority in this busy world, and Catering & Private Chef Services for Small Events.

I have a wonderful team of experienced helpers I call on for bigger events, so please run your event ideas by me.
